2001
Established Star Orechem Intn Pvt Ltd (SOIL) and started designing, constructing and operating multi – purpose pilot plant for successful demonstration of highly intricate process and operations
2004
Company developed and patented a process for the manufacture of Aldoxime Extractant. Till this time only Cytec (now Solvay) and Cognis (now BASF) manufactured the Aldoxime Extractant.
2010
SNF-Flomin (an arm of SNF-Floerger) – a France based mining chemical company entered into an agreement with SOIL for international marketing of its Aldoxime extractant.
2012
Cytec industries Inc. acquired SOIL’s Butibori manufacturing facility and its Aldoxime business under a Business Transfer Agreement
